The Problem
In 2018, Swevens Immersive Studio quickly rose to prominence as one of India's leading XR companies, delivering over 100 XR solutions globally.
However, a recurring issue began to tarnish our hard-earned reputation: performance problems with high-end laptops and pre-built PCs from well-known brands that we were providing along with XR solutions.
These hardware-related complaints from our clients were not just frustrating; they were heart-breaking.
The Solution
Our founder, a dedicated custom PC building enthusiast with a deep love for technology, couldn't stand to see our clients and reputation struggle. He knew there had to be a better way.
Driven by a desire to provide the best possible experience, he decided to take matters into his own hands. He began crafting custom-built PCs, meticulously tailored to meet our clients' specific needs.
These machines were designed with a focus on performance, serviceability, quality, upgradability, and scalability. The results were astounding — client issues dropped dramatically, and our reputation began to recover.
Birth of Raptor XR
The journey was far from over. We faced significant challenges with service and component availability in India, especially during the pandemic and the global chip shortage.
But instead of giving up, we saw an opportunity to create something truly exceptional. Thus, Raptor XR was born.
